As you enter the home on the ground level, a bedroom and full bath are located directly inside. This floor also boasts a game room with an air hockey table and darts. This driveway parks approximately 5 cars. This level sleeps 4 with two sets of twin bunk beds. 

On the second floor:
Located on the 2nd floor are two master suite bedrooms, each boasting a private bath with quartz countertops, tiled shower/bath, walk-in closet and wood burning fireplace. This level also includes a sun room, large deck and hot tub with truly breathtaking, beautiful views of the Smokies. The full size washer and dryer are also located on this level. This level sleeps 4 in two king beds.

On the third floor:
The 3rd/main level hosts a large open concept living room with vaulted ceilings as well as a double-sided floor to ceiling wood burning stone fireplace at the center. Enjoy cooking with our upgraded stainless steel kitchen appliances, new in 2022. The furnished deck spans the length of the house &makes for a great place to enjoy the mountain views, grill dinner, breathe the fresh air while watching for lightning bugs. This level sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa. The parking on this level accommodates 3 cars in addition to our driveway. 

On the fourth floor:
On our top floor, you will enjoy a bedroom that sleeps 3-4 (queen sleeper w/ full trundle) with an adjacent full bath. The movie room boasts large couches that fold out in to a comfy queen sleeper. This level sleeps 5-6 people.

Many features throughout this one of a kind house. Each level is connected by both an elevator and spiral staircase.

Parking and lot can accommodate an RV. Up to 8 cars.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
